Perforations :-
Tiles are produced in either perforated or non-perforated In perforated form (acoustic ceiling), back of the tiles is covered by special black paper linings. YASH perforated tiles are produced in a veriety of perforations e.g. Square/Circular/Straight/Diagonal perforations.

Tiles are available as 600x600 mm with thickness of 0.7mm in aluminium and 0.5mm in steel. Clip in tiles are degreased and chemically in a multi-stage process insuring effective paint adhesion and continuously stove enameled. Tiles are clipped a concealed system to provide square ceiling elements.

The tiles are laid into and an interlocking exposed gride system to create a modular arrangement, Underlined supports are made of galvanised strips. If any of the edge of the tile is more than 600mm them it is called as Plank and the thickness of the plank depends upon the size of the plank depends upon the size of the plank they are degreased and chemically treated in a multi stage plrocess insuring effective paint adhesion and continuously stove enameled.
